This gift envelope is the perfect combination of simplicity and style – and you really only need two things: paper and glue! No special tools needed. The folding technique is simple, yet the result looks elegant – ideal for birthdays, small surprises, or personal greetings.

Gift envelope step 1: Prepare paper — **Step 1:** Take a square sheet of paper and lay it in front of you.

Gift envelope step 2: Fold the paper into a triangle and fold the corners inward — **Step 2:** Fold the sheet into a triangle. Fold the bottom edge up a bit and open the sheet again. Fold the two corners inward along the lines. Fold it back into a triangle, fold the bottom edge up, and then fold the sides to the center.
