What payment options are available and how does TutKit.com debit my account?

Terms of payment and provision

The following conditions apply:

The following payment options are currently available for the conclusion of a TutKit.com membership:

• Payment via PayPal
• Payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
• Payment on account (only for companies, schools and institutional institutions)

You can choose to pay monthly or annually. If you pay annually, you will receive a special price advantage compared to monthly payment. The amount will be collected immediately when booking with PayPal or credit card; when paying by invoice, the payment term is usually 10 days. In both cases, payment is made in advance. In the case of payment on account, the user account is only activated by our accounting department at the time of receipt of payment.

If your user account has a negative balance, it will be deactivated by the system until the outstanding balance is settled. You can find the balance of your customer account and the individual statements as a PDF for download in your account overview.

The following payment options are currently available for the purchase of digital content:

• Payment via PayPal
• Payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
• Payment via Google Pay
• Payment via Apple Pay

Provision of digital content (download products )
Directly downloadable via the portal: Download products can be downloaded - logged in with your customer account - on the respective product page or in the customer account. If your customer account is active, the download is made available immediately. As a guest, you will be taken to a separate download page for your purchased products after payment has been made.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be made available to you in your customer account.
It will be made available within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is only possible for memberships (subscriptions) for public authorities and companies. The invoice amount must be settled within 10 days when paying by invoice. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.

Value added tax for electronic services since 01.01.2015
For private individuals and store operators, EU regulations have been in force since 01.01.2015, which oblige us as operators to calculate the VAT on our digital products (downloads) according to the customer's country of residence. Specifically, this means (in percent):

In order to maintain the clarity of the prices here on TutKit.com, the final prices (net price incl. VAT) are given uniformly. When entering your customer details in the order process, you as a private individual can specify your place of residence and the price will be calculated from the net price and the VAT value (calculated according to the rate of your country).
