ElevenLabs has expanded its AI music app ElevenMusic with a SoundCloud integration, as the company's blog describes. Users can upload original tracks directly from the app to their SoundCloud profile.
According to ElevenLabs, the feature is open to all users who have created an original track. ElevenMusic launched as an iOS app in April 2026, TechCrunch reported. In the blog post, ElevenLabs names neither a list of countries nor a euro price.
How does the upload work?
First, you link your SoundCloud account in the profile settings under "Linked Accounts". Then you open an original track, add a description, genre, and tags, and select "Save to SoundCloud". ElevenMusic then uploads the track to your SoundCloud profile.

What do Artist Pro members get?
SoundCloud Artist Pro members receive three months of ElevenMusic at no cost. After that, the subscription continues unless you cancel. ElevenLabs states the price in dollars.
You may participate from the age of 18, and the offer ends on October 31, 2027. The terms of participation are on a separate ElevenMusic page.
What usage rights apply to uploaded tracks?
ElevenLabs does not explain in the blog post what usage rights you have to the uploaded track. The music rights page contains a table based on ElevenLabs' "Music Terms". According to the table, distribution on streaming platforms is prohibited on the Free and Starter plans and permitted from Creator upward. On the Free plan, you must also credit "Eleven Music" as the source.
According to ElevenLabs, streaming platforms' own rules on labeling AI-generated content also apply. It remains unclear whether an upload to SoundCloud counts as distribution within the meaning of the table, and whether the table applies to tracks from the app in the same way as to the rest of the music service.
What this means for you
If you plan to publish a track on SoundCloud, it's best to check before the first upload which plan you're on and what the music rights page provides for it. If the track is created for a client, for example as background music for their video, clarify the rights with ElevenLabs beforehand.
If you are a SoundCloud Artist Pro member and try out the three free months, put the end of the trial period in your calendar. Otherwise, you'll pay from the fourth month.
