Tips for incorporating fantasy and fairytale images

Drag and drop the fairy tale motifs into your work. Then adjust the size and move the image to the desired position. In principle, you're already done, but as with any image composition: pay attention to the details!

To ensure that the books, lanterns, magic wands, butterflies and musical notes blend harmoniously into your composings, you should pay attention to the right colors and brightness. Use tools such as the blend and adjustment layers Gradient, Brightness/Contrast, Tone Correction and Gradation Curves and combine them with blend modes such as Soft Light.

We also recommend that you think about the focus. If the inserted subject is somewhat off-center or in the background, blur it accordingly using blur filters.

The play of light and shadow also determines whether your composition looks coherent. For example, if you include a glowing lantern , make sure that the light illuminates other elements in your picture. Pick up the color of the light with the pipette and draw the glow with a soft brush on a separate layer on the illuminated objects.
