The whole year on one page: twelve month columns with the most important event of each day in category color, holiday abbreviations for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, bars for multi-day events, and 21 markers indicating when preparations for major events like Easter or Black Week should begin. Below each month, there are three campaign tracks for self-entry. The Excel version includes month, quarter, calendar week, priority, planning start, and a fully completed AI prompt for each occasion, along with filters, color coding, a monthly overview, and the sheets "Sensitive Days," "Hook Bank," and "AI Prompts." The CSV file with semicolons opens directly in Excel.

All 277 events as appointments in standard iCalendar format, for import into, for example, Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar. Each appointment includes a short description, post ideas, format, and hashtags, and provides a reminder seven days in advance, as well as an additional reminder for longer-term planning before the recommended start date. Multi-day events such as fairs and tournaments appear as a time period. Status: September 2026.

The legal and most important regional public holidays from 2027 to 2030 with weekdays: Germany with validity by federal state, Austria with regional holidays, Switzerland with details on the cantons. A separate sheet lists all bridging days for the four years. Available as an Excel file with filters and as CSV.
