In video editing programs with fade modes such as VEGAS Pro and Premiere Pro CC, you can simply place the overlays over your clips. Then change the blending mode so that the overlays are combined with your scenes.

All overlays are available in MP4 files in 4K quality with 4,096 px × 2,304 px and 60 fps. You can adjust the length of the effects to the length of your video material by looping. Several overlays can also be combined with each other.
