• 1,080 pixels (HD): 1,920 x 1,080
• 720 pixels (HD): 1,280 x 720

• 240 pixels (SD): 426 x 240

For Instagram and TikTok, you should reverse the resolution, i.e. 9:16. The resolutions I mentioned also all work well.
