Do you know this? You ask for ideas and solutions - and then suddenly there is an awkward silence or everyone is talking out of turn. This can happen when developing new products and services, when revising existing offers, in the course of projects or, for example, when designing websites. Worse still: perhaps at the end of all the discussions, a solution is chosen that completely misses the customer benefit and the market?
The design thinking approach provides a remedy for this kind of idea and solution finding. It steers the process in an orderly fashion, focuses on the needs of the user and leaves enough room for spontaneous ideas. More methodology that ultimately leads to meaningful results. Fancy it? In 90 minutes, your trainer Tobias Becker first introduces you to what design thinking is and the advantages and disadvantages of the method . You will then go step by step through the 6 phases of design thinking, from understanding and observing to defining and finding ideas, creating prototypes and then testing them.

Explained in theory - and always backed up with practical examples. For example, you will learn how to carry out a SWOT analysis during the design thinking process, create a customer journey map and persona and brainstorm in a targeted manner.
